Nothing, is the short answer. We run a self contained setup. Our own water tank, our own power, every tool and product we need in the van. You don’t have to leave a hose out, run an extension cord, or be home.
Space. The one thing we do need is a parking spot with enough room to open all four doors and walk a full circle around the vehicle. A normal driveway is plenty. An apartment stall works if there’s an empty spot beside it. A work lot is fine if the property allows it.
Your belongings out, ideally. Not a requirement, but the interior comes out better if personal items are cleared before we start, and it means nothing of yours gets moved or wet. Anything left behind goes back where we found it.
An honest description. Pet hair, a smell, a stain you want gone, kids and food, or it has just been a long time. Telling us up front isn’t a confession, it is how we build the right amount of time into the quote instead of running short on the day. Photos of the interior get you an exact price instead of a range.
A check with your building, if you rent. Most complexes are fine with it. A few don’t allow contractors to work on vehicles in the lot. Worth two minutes now rather than finding out when we’re already parked outside.
Year, make, model, your city and roughly what shape it is in. A couple of photos of the interior gets you an exact price. Most quotes go out the same day.
With everything we need. Hand off the keys and go about your day, or stay and watch. No deposit, nothing due before the work is done.
We go over the whole vehicle with you before calling it finished. Payment happens at the end, cash or card, once you have looked it over.
