From the very first text, they were friendly, responsive, and easy to work with. They got back to me quickly, gave me a quote right away with no hidden costs, and were even able to get me in the same day I reached out. Their website was also really well done and made it easy to understand the different services and book an appointment.

The biggest challenge was my 2012 Dodge Journey. We have three bulldogs that absolutely love car rides, so there was dog hair everywhere and a slight dog smell that I had just gotten used to over time. On top of that, this vehicle has been our family car for years—we raised three kids in it from bringing them home from the hospital to now having one that's driving. This was its first true deep clean, so there were years of sucker sticks, Goldfish crumbs, and who knows what else tucked into every nook and cranny.

I wasn't expecting miracles, but somehow they got every bit of dog hair out, completely eliminated the smell, and made the inside look brand new. I honestly couldn't believe it.
When I got home, my wife was shocked at how good it looked. Later my parents saw it too, and they were so impressed they asked me for Refresh Detailing's business card.

On top of the amazing work, everyone I dealt with was genuinely kind and welcoming. You can tell they care about their customers and take pride in what they do.

No. The price on each service page is what you pay, and that includes us coming to you. If you’re pretty far outside our normal area we’ll bring up a small travel fee before we book anything, so nothing shows up on your invoice that you didn’t agree to.

Anywhere from about 45 minutes for a basic exterior to 5 hours if the interior is rough. Tint is usually 2 to 3 hours. Ceramic coating is a drop off and takes one to three days depending on how much correction the paint needs.

Sometimes, if there’s room in the schedule, but we can’t promise it. We would rather book you in properly than rush your car to squeeze it in. Message us and we’ll tell you the soonest we can get to you.

It comes down to two things: how many windows (just the front two, the full car, or adding the windshield) and which film you pick, carbon, ceramic or nano ceramic. All of it is installed at our shop in Savage and the film carries a lifetime warranty. Every option and its price is on the tint page.

Minnesota Statute 169.71 sets the floor at 50 percent VLT on side and rear windows, with a three percent tolerance. Film also can’t be more than 20 percent reflective, and mirrored film isn’t allowed on any window. Pickup trucks get an exemption on their rear windows, and vans on the rear plus the side windows behind the driver. The front two are held to 50 percent on every vehicle. Paint correction first, then an actual ceramic coating, not a wax or a sealant. The price depends on how much correction your paint needs and how many years of protection you pick. It’s drop off only because it has to cure somewhere clean and dust free. Packages and pricing are on the coating page.

A two year old commuter and a truck that hauls dogs and job sites aren’t the same amount of work. Size and condition change how long we are on the car. We would rather tell you the real number up front than quote you low and raise it when we show up. Send a few photos with your request and we’ll get you an exact price.

Those are just the places we work most. If your city isn’t on there it doesn’t mean we won’t come out. Ask and we’ll let you know.

We like having both, but we can work without them. Apartments, parking garages, office lots, we figure it out.

Nope. Most people leave us the keys and go about their day. We’ll reach out when it’s done.

We accept cash and card. We take payment when the job is finished and you’re happy with it.

Yes. In winter we work mostly out of the shop in Savage. We can still come to you if your garage has enough room for us to move around the car.
