It ages faster than the same car in a suburban garage, which is the main reason exterior work and sealing matter more in Burnsville than people expect.

What we need on site is simple: a parking spot with clearance to open all four doors and walk a full circle. That’s it. We bring water and power with us. A regular apartment or townhome stall usually works fine if there’s an empty spot beside it.
If your building doesn’t allow it, the shop is a short drive and everything happens indoors there. That is also the better option from December through March, when outdoor work in a Burnsville lot is realistically off the table most days.
