Do you charge a mobile fee?

Why add more to your bill? No, our service prices that are listed in each service page are the prices with everything included.

How Long Do The Services Take?

Depending on the condition of the vehicle, it can take up to 45 minutes to 5 hours.

Can I Get Same Day Service?

Depending on how our schedule is looking and how yours is, we can fit you in, but it is not guaranteed. We prefer to go by appointment so the transaction can go smoothly, and not have to rush to you and potentially give a bad experience. We like for you to have a hassle-free experience with us.

“What If An Area Is Not Listed?

No worries! This is just a general area of the locations we service, but if a city was not mentioned, it doesn’t mean we don’t service that area. Of course, we wont drive out 50 miles to a location.

“Do you need anything to get the job done?”

We prefer access to power and water. But we can still get the job done if this isn’t possible. Apartments, parking garage, and even office parking lots. Regardless of where you are, we will be able to service you.

“Do I have to be present during the entire service?”

No, you don’t! The convenience of our mobile service allows us to come to your home, apartment, or office location, saving you the hassle of having to come to the shop and paying for transportation back and forth. Moreover, you don’t have to interact with us at all. We only need access to your vehicle. Once we are done, we will lock it up and send you an invoice via text message!”

“Is it necessary to schedule an appointment for a mobile detailing service?

We primarily operate on an appointment basis, with around 95% of our bookings made in advance. In case we are able to accommodate you on the same day or the next day, it will depend on our availability. To ensure that you receive personalized attention, we recommend scheduling an appointment in advance. However, if we have an opening, we may fit you in for the same or next day.

“What methods of payment do you accept?”

We accept both cash and card payments, whichever you prefer. Additionally, we have several different platforms available, such as Venmo, Zelle, or Cash App. Once we have completed the job to your satisfaction, we will accept payment. If you prefer, we can also send you an online invoice to pay conveniently online.

Are you still offering mobile detailing during the winter?
During the winter months, we operate primarily from our shop in Savage, MN. Mobile detailing is only available if your garage has enough space and working room to safely perform the service. Otherwise, we invite you to bring your vehicle to our shop for the same high-quality detailing.
